“Otium” is a word that Romans used to talk about “worthy leisure” and that make reference to the time of leisure that a person can enjoy while is eating. This concept is what we want to highlight in our exclusive restaurant.

With cutting-edge cuisine and recipes that blend tradition and innovation, our restaurant aims to satisfy the most demanding palates and create a unique dining experience. Our passionate chefs bring each dish to life with their talent and creativity, using fresh local products grown in our own garden. Come and enjoy a perfect combination of flavours.

Restaurant opening hours:
- Meals: 1:30pm-3:30pm (from Monday to Sunday)*
*The last hour to enter the restaurant for lunch is 3:15 pm (cooking time).

- Dinners: 8:30pm-10:30pm (from Monday to Sunday)*  
*The last hour to enter the restaurant for dinner is 10:15 pm (cooking time).
